Our state of the art Service Department exemplifies the desire of North Point Chrysler Jeep to take care of our customers promptly and professionally. Under the leadership of Tommy Robbins and Tim Ziglar (together they have more than 60 years of experience in the business), our Service Department is broken down into two primary segments: Quick Lube and Warranty/Repair.
Quick Lube
Our Quick Lube facility has 11 service bays and routinely performs 800 oil changes each month. Whether you are performing regular maintenance on your Chrysler, Jeep or Dodge vehicle; or want a professional mechanic to take care of any other make and model, we have the staff trained and capable of doing the job right the first time. We take pride in our Service Department which consistently rates among the highest in the Southeast United States for customer satisfaction.
 
Warranty and Repair
Our Warranty and Repair Facility has 26 service bays and employs ASE Certified Master mechanics to perform all of your major vehicle repairs. Our experienced Service Advisers are available to fulfill all of your automotive needs. We have an overnight drop box for after hours vehicle drop off. In addition, we have a canopy over our 3 vehicle drop-off lanes so you can easily bring us your vehicle in any kind of weather without waiting in long lines or standing in the rain.
